Pea Ridge League Commissioner -
13 year old developmental league rules
changes/clarification from Babe Ruth Book:
- All players will be on the lineup card and
will bat.
- Only pitchers have to be designated on the
lineup card.
- Pitcher can only pitch seven innings a week.
If he pitches four innings in an outing he must have two days of
rest before pitching again. One pitch in an inning constitutes an
inning of pitching.
- Free substitution throughout the game.
- Games will be six innings.
- Games will be an hour and forty-five minutes.
We will complete the inning being played at time
limit.
- The run rule will be 15 after three innings or
10 after 4 innings.
- Babe Ruth Rule Book for pitching
substitutions, bats sizes, etc.
- Rogers/Bentonville Play Rules – If player does
not start a game he will start the next schedule game. However, if
a player misses practice or has a discipline problem, the coach will
have the right to not start him once he has contacted league
commissioner. Each player to have min. of 3 defensive outs.
14/15 year olds rule changes from Babe Ruth
book:
